Teaser Tuesdays (16) and Top Ten Tuesday (10)

Teaser Tuesdays... is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title and author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

"Cinder's heart tripped as his grin caught her by surprise, every bit as charming and unexpected as it had been at the market. Then her eyes spotted the holograph behind him, still showing her inner workings--from the metal vertebrae to her bunched wires to her perfectly intact ovaries. She snapped her gaze back to Kai, pulse racing."

The bot looks interesting. Can't connect it to the cover, though.

I have The Probability of Miracles on my list, too. As for Divergent, if you haven't read it yet we really need to fix that. It's an absolutely fantastic book. Not too much stress, though. The sequel doesn't release for a few months.

I hope that you have a wonderful day. Merry Christmas!

Cinder sounds like a pretty interesting read, though I'm a little confused - it sounds like it would be about Cinderella, but what's all this about holographs?

The Night Circus is on my Top Ten list too. New follower!
