Cupcake Update! what's happening round here for the rest of the year!

HI, CUPCAKES!!!!

So, you splendiferous people may have noticed I haven't been posting as much lately :(

 I'm sorry for sucking these last few months! My job and family have kept me wonderfully busy, but I want you to know that I haven't forgotten this blog *smooshes blog in hugs*

Things will be slowing down more here at Word Spelunking for the rest of 2014, but I'm NOT going anywhere! I still have a few fun blog tours, awesome interviews, cool giveaways, and reviews planned throughout November and December, but if I go MIA for a few days or weeks at a time, don't worry.  And come the first of 2015, I plan on getting back to regular posting and planning the 4th Annual March MG Madness!

So, just bear *heehee, see what I did there?* with me and I hope you loverly readers still enjoy Word Spelunking!

Cupcake Update (blog updates/changes)

Hello, cupcakes! You all look loverly today and I hope your weeks have been good to you so far! I just wanted to take a second to make a few announcements about what's going to be happening here at Word Spelunking, now through the end of 2013.

First, I want to say a HUGE thank you to all my Tweethearts who have tweeted me with such sweet, comforting words after my grandma's passing a few days ago. Y'all are the BEST and I heart you all!

Second, things will be s l o w i n g down a bit at Word Spelunking. I'm not taking an official blogging break, but, between now and the end of the year, I will be blogging considerably less. I'll still be here, reviewing books, hosting interviews/guest posts/giveaways/blog tours, but I won't be doing as many of these. So don't be alarmed if the blog is empty for a week at a time or so. And once 2014 arrives (which better be nicer than 2013), I'm sure I'll be back to my blogging self.

So, what does this mean? 

Authors/pubs: If I have already scheduled/committed/talked about doing a post (review, blog tour, interview, spotlight, giveaway, etc) for you between now and the end of December, then I'm still 100% committed to doing it! Those posts and tours will go up as planned and will not be effected. Authors/pubs looking to make a request for some time before the end of the year should refer to my Updated Review/Request Policy for full info. And if you have a request for anytime next year (blog tours, interviews, reviews, etc), please go ahead and send them my way! And Middle-Grade authors, the third annual March MG Madness will be happening March 2014 and I'll be posting more info/sign-ups in January!

Readers/dear followers/fellow bloggers/awesome people: I may not be blogging as much, but I will still be around on the interwebs and you can always find me on Twitter or by email- wordspelunker@gmail.com - if you wanna chat, have a question, or need anything at all.
