I LOVE middle-grade and started this annual event to share that love and give MG the attention it deserves. I hope y'all find some new books and authors to squee over with me.

My all time favorite MG book is The Sorcerers Stone, it is the book/series that rekindled my interest in reading and holds special memories for me.

This is so exciting, Aeicha. I know where I'll be spending most of March: here at Word Spelunker.

Yay! I can't wait to fill my TBR with some MG goodness! I have quite a few favorites but Sorcerer's Stone, Breadcrumbs by Ann Ursu, and Chasing Redbird by Sharon Creech are at the top of the list.

I really love The Cavendish Home for Boys and Girls. And the Harry Potter books (are those middle grade? I think the first few are at least), and also A Series of Unfortunate Events. And a bunch more! Basically I am super excited for this bloggy event-thing, because MG doesn't get enough recognition, I think :)

I don't know about all-time favorite, there are just too many that I love.
That being said, one of my current favorite middle grade series is The Ascendance trilogy by Jennifer Nielsen. I just discovered it earlier this year and fell in love with her writing, the world, and the characters.
