Goodie Basket...is a weekly feature hosted here at Word Spelunking that showcases all the goodies (books, bookish things, reviews, interviews/giveaways/guest posts, blog tours, etc) that popped up in the Goodie Basket that is Word Spelunking each week.

Hey, Cupcakes! This has been a fabulous book week, but another s l o w blog week for me...but, Real Life thangs have settled down, so I'll be posting more reviews and fun stuff for the rest of the month...including my one year blogoversary giveaway (which is in 17 days!!!).

Anywho, here's what arrived in my mailbox this week...

RuneWarriors Trilogy

(Harper Collins)

James Jennewein sent these to me for review and was kind enough to send two sets of books so I have a set to give away!

The Undermountain Saga
by Eric Edstrom

Eric sent these to me for review and I'm super excited to read them! They have a really different and exciting premise. Plus Eric will be stopping by the blog later this month for a guest post and book giveaway!!!

Liar & Spy Rebecca Stead
Random House
sent from the pub for review
I've heard great things about this MG book and I'm excited to read it!

sent from author for review
Gibbering Gnome Press
This book has the most beautiful color illustrations! Richard will be stopping by the blog at the end of the month for an interview!

Tor Teen
sent from pub for review
Anna Dressed in Blood was one of my absolute fave books last year and I've been anxiously awaiting the second book. I requested an ARC of this book several months ago but doubted I'd get one since this was such a coveted read and I knew many bloggers would be requesting it...so imagine my squealing excitement when Tor sent me a prettyful finished copy! Seriously, this book cover is gorgeous! PLus, they sent two cute Anna buttons! Look for my review later this week

A BIG thank you to James Jennewein, Eric Edstrom, Richard Due, Tor Teen and Random House for all the bookish awesomeness!!!!
