Goodie Basket (26): Book Haul & Blog Recap

Goodie Basket...is a weekly feature hosted here at Word Spelunking that showcases all the goodies (books, bookish things, reviews, interviews/giveaways/guest posts, blog tours, etc) that popped up in the Goodie Basket that is Word Spelunking each week.

(This meme is inspired by other book haul memes such as Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, Showcase Sunday hosted by Books, Biscuits & Tea and Sunday Post hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer )

In my Goodie Basket this week...

This was such an awesome surprise from S&S and I actually did a little dance of appreciation when I opened the package it came in. I actually planned on buying a copy of this book next week and had been sad that I had to wait SO long to finally read it, so you can imagine my supreme happiness when a copy arrived at my door!

I will be reviewing this book later this month, as well as interviewing Cassandra and hosting a giveaway...so look for all that later this month!

  8. Amazing new books! Congrats on your package from S&S. :) THat's fabulous! Also, great books from Netgalley. I considered requesting Dance of Shadows (that cover = GORGEOUS), but then I read a lot of negative reviews and that kind of put me off it. :( I hope you enjoy it though! Have a great week. :)

Hey there cupcake! You look lovely today and I can tell you're thinking very smarticle thinky thoughts....so go ahead and post 'em!

After much thought and only recently being introduced to blog awards and blogger tagging, I'm going to have to declare this an award/tag free blog. I'm honored, humbled, and so very grateful for simply being considered for an award, but I simply do not have the time to return the favor. If I could, I'd award y'all with dozens of yummy cupcakes ;) Thanks for understanding.
