Sweet Reads (6): Lord of the Rings Cakes




Sweet Reads is a bi-monthly feature (Mondays) hosted here at Word Spelunking that showcases book inspired cakes, cupcakes and other goodies.

I don't know about you, but I'm super excited for the upcoming 'The Hobbit' movie! So this week I decided to feature cakes inspired by The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings Series. Prepare to be AMAZED....


Here's a cute cake featuring Bilbo Baggins and Gandalf the Grey

And here's an adorable hobbity hole with Gandalf and Frodo, plus the sweetest cupcakes ever!

It's everybody's favorite Ent, Treebeard! With Merry and Pippin in his branches.
