Tatted Thursday (3): Love the Tat, Hate the Book

Tatted Thursday is a weekly meme hosted here at Word Spelunking that features literary inspired tattoos based on weekly themes. You can easily  participate by grabbing the picture above (or making your own) and posting your tattoo finds.

This week's theme: Love the Tat, Hate the Book

So, if you know me then you know I'm not a fan of the Twilight Saga...for many reasons and I'm always up for discussing these reasons with lovers and haters alike...but, I have seen many Twilight inspired tattoos that are pretty awesome! Please note, just because I'm not a fan does not mean I'm bashing the series or fans at all. The great thing about opinions is that we all have different and unique ones. And hey, with this post I'm kinda celebrating the series, or at least tats inspired by it, right?!

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THESE TWILIGHT INSPIRED TATTOOS?!

  2. I think you got to be pretty ballsy to get a full back one with the dvd cover art on it, especially since she doesn't look like a spring chicken.

I kind of like that cutting part (or are they supposed to be werewolf scratches?) on that last one

  3. Funny enough, I adore the books, but hate all of those tattoos!

Although I am glad to hear someone say even though they don't like them, they don't bash them. I really dislike all the Twilight bashers.

  4. I do enjoy the twilight sage. I like the first tattoo, and the second one is done really well, but I think they are both crazy extreme. I mean whole back!! Wow! The others are just okay to me. Thanks for sharing. :)

  6. I love the top tat
That one is a work of art. The others, well, at least I don't have to live with it.

Hey there cupcake! You look lovely today and I can tell you're thinking very smarticle thinky thoughts....so go ahead and post 'em!

After much thought and only recently being introduced to blog awards and blogger tagging, I'm going to have to declare this an award/tag free blog. I'm honored, humbled, and so very grateful for simply being considered for an award, but I simply do not have the time to return the favor. If I could, I'd award y'all with dozens of yummy cupcakes ;) Thanks for understanding.
