Haha, no I wouldn't! And I'll share why: one of my best male friends has awesome computer hacking skills. So much so that his senior project was turning his locker in school into a computer. AND HE SUCCEEDED! But someone didn't believe his skill, so he dared him to hack into the school database and retrieve the lunch combos for every student. Essentially, the combo is 6 numbers that people plug into a scanning pad when they pay for lunch and the computer takes the money out of their account that their parents replenish for school. So, he showed the list to a student just to prove he could do it and someone from another table caught them and reported him to a teacher. Long story short, he got expelled and even went to court with the risk of going to juvie, all because of a dare. He didn't go because they determined it was not out of malicious intent and he didn't change any grades/take any money/do anything bad, etc. but he had to move out of state to go to a special type of boarding school since no other schools would take him with such a mark on his record. THAT IS WHY HACKING SCARES ME! HAHA But at the same time it totally awes me, which is why I want this book.
(Long story, I know!)
I would probably wire myself a ridiculous amount of money so I could be free to do whatever I want in life without worrying about money!! :)
I have no idea what I would use hacking skills for. I can't think of anything I would even need them for. Maybe in school they would've been handy, but now I can only think of hacking things that would lead to trouble! Although after reading the above comment, if you get caught doing anything in school that gets you into a lot of trouble too! So I probably would be too scared to ever hack into anything, even if I could!
I would probably hack into the FBI government system to see if Amelia Earhart was really a spy.
As someone who is severely technologically challenged, I don't even know what I would hack into. LOL But if there was a way to get money from the skills, that is exactly what I'd do. :)
Let's see... If I could hack into any data base, I'd probably hook myself up with free travel. I'd make Ireland my first stop!
HeeHee...If I had amazing hacking skills, I would hack into HarperTeens website and have all the Arcs sent to my house=)
Jackie had a great idea. Setup myself with some plane tickets and go travel!
I would hack into census databases to research my ancestry.
I would totally mess with anyone who did me wrong! >:)
If I had awesome hacking skills I'd put awesome stuff on my computer. I don't really know...I think hacking is wrong because people use it against people.
I don't know what I'd do since I wouldn't want to do something illegal. I guess I'd have to see what I could do;p Thanks!
If I had mad hacking skills, I would do what I could to get myself noticed. Then maybe the government would hire me to make sure their super secret databases remained super secret!

Hmm. This is a great question.
I'm not sure that I could bring myself to use my skills for bad purposes. I think I'd just play around with my friends every once in a while, or something like that.
Thanks for the giveaway!
I'd be nice to send a little money to an offshore account for myself but would only take it from some mean crooked person. Not a lot. Wouldn't want them to come after me. :)
I'm afraid I'll have to keep the answer a secret. :3 Haha, just kidding. I don't know! I'd probably do something silly, like change my grades.
i would hack B&N and make it so i can lend books as many times as i want lol!!!!!! Thanks for another awesome giveaway!
I'd like to say I'd do something for the greater good, but honestly I think I'd spend most of my time trying to hack into celebrity emails LOL.
Not sure what I would do If I could hack maybe hack websites to find info on someone
I would like to say I wouldn't abuse it but I am sure I would wire a large sum of money to buy as many and every book I wanted. LOL
Probably would do something lame like play detective and dig up info on all my friends.
If I had awesome computer hacking abilities, I would hack my school's systems but keep quiet and tell the authorities how they can further secure their systems!
I'd take all the illegal money from the drug lords and dictators and give it to the people who are suffering!
I don't even know. I never contemplate this kind of thing! LOL. But maybe I'd use it to hack into giveaways so I get books I want. :D
Hmm... I'm not sure that I would do any hacking.
