Do you judge a book by its cover?
*hangs head* Yeah, sometimes I do. I mean, how can you not?! A book's cover is usually the first thing you notice about a book and it's either gonna catch your attention or not. But in my defense, I'm easily distracted by and drawn to all things pretty, shiny, colorful, or weird. So, if a cover fits one of those descriptions than it already has an advantage over boring book covers. However, there are plenty of books with fab covers that ended up being drab books and vice versa. So, a book cover may be what initially draws me to a book, but it won't be the deciding factor in whether or not I read it. And speaking of fab book covers, how awesome are these covers?!

I do not at all think it is something to be ashamed about! The whole point of a cover is to attract a certain audience, to get up to pick it up, isn't it?

It's okay to judge a book by it's cover art. I do. I try not to do it but it's so hard.
